I have XXXX, a XXXX supplement, and XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Everything was preapproved by XXXX. There were no charges due. I never received a bill from the XXXX, but now get texts and usps mail from collection agency saying I owe {$170.00}. Ive made 3 attempts to give them - the collection agency- my insurance information- which the XXXX had, and was told theyd get back to me. They dont. This time they told me the hospital gave the outstanding bill to collections and they cant help. I called the XXXX and they say the bill is in collections and they cant help.
