I had XXXX mortgage. Then I did loan modification XXXX years ago. I thought it included both mortgages. Never received any note stating I owe a XXXX mortgage Till now from a collection agency stating I owe a huge amount plus interest. Totalling XXXX Try to get legal help to get advise in what to do. I was told not to talk to the collection agency till I talk to a lawyer. But don't have the money to do so.
