I opened a credit card on with Indigo Card in XXXX right before I went to Texas for the Holidays, also my road is in rough shape because of flooding in Vermont. I asked them to mail to work and it was not received so then I asked them to mail the credit card to Texas so that I may receive and explained I was going on Vacation, they did and I received it. I activated the card in the middle of XXXX when I received it in Texas and my first purchase was declined. I then received a letter stating I need to show proof of identification and address which was provide on the XXXX of XXXX. They are stating it was received the XXXX and it will take weeks to process. I got the credit card to use for the holidays. The charged me a memebership fee of XXXX dollars of have reported it to credit bureaus, plus charged interest. However, as I can't use the card I'm very upset. They are blocking it not letting me use it! I NEED MY CARD!
