Debt Collector failed to make contact with me ( sending a debt validation letter ) prior to reporting to the credit bureaus as of XX/XX/year>. It was not until about XX/XX/year> when I started to dispute this have yet to receive any documentation j have requested from the CRAs and the Collection agency.The account summary that I finally received from the original creditor had numerous errors including incorrect dates, charges that my leasing contracts states I do not owe, charges for move out costs I am not responsible for as emails from the credit will state, etc.In which shortly after being made aware of this alleged debt on my credit report I made numerous attempts to dispute. Due to the Collector violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the new rule as of XXXX XXXX specifically stating how debt collectors can communicate with you, including what information theyre required to provide at the outset of collection about the debt, Adding, that after providing legal documentation, signed contracts, various forms of correspondence with the Creditors to support my dispute that the alleged debt amount is inaccurate as I do not owe a balance, the attempts made to collect are violating my rights, the collector and the CRAs have failed to provide me with documentation to accurately validate their claim as I have requested repeatedly among other violations I believe they have made. Noting that the initial complaint filed in court by the creditor had false claims as they added rental amounts to eviction notice that had been paid.
