XXXX XXXX c/o PHH mortgage services did not apply a payment for a XX/XX/XXXX. The company is currently working under Ocwen Loan servicing as well. Our bank confirmed the payments was collected on XX/XX/XXXX from Ocwen. Owen & PHH were in the process of transferring on XX/XX/XXXX. We immediately contacted the company about this missing funds. Never resolved. Then PHH changed the statements 3 Months later to XXXX XXXX, C/O PHH. My wife continued making monthly payments, even though we were actually ahead, and in XX/XX/XXXX., paid XXXX & XXXX early. Again negative reporting to credit bureaus, Charged bogus fees, Also XX/XX/XXXX payment history received by PHH per our request,, Not only had they not applied/ & corrected the XX/XX/XXXX payments. But the transferred amount was increased by Over a 100,000 + and they continued charging interest on this inaccurate balance for over 12 months and have yet to resolve or refund.After further investigation. We were informed that there were two other fraudulent loan modifications associated with our account. They mailed these to us for review. The first fraudulent loan modification sent by PHH, was clearly fraudulent. The terms were obviously not legally binding. No signatures. And Upon further review noticed the loan number associated on this document had also been associated with another fraudulent transaction, in which our loan number was purposely changed on a bank check that was so similar it went undetected for years until we were mailed these documents by PHH in XXXX.This fraudulent files had a ballon of roughly XXXX. Increase in Interest rates. Etc. The second set of documents sent about a loan modification in XXXX. Another example of Bad business practices & predatory practices. Offered trail, but someone changed the terms in XX/XX/XXXX. We questioned this and have evidence that we wanted to have a full breakdown as this was not the deal ( threatened with foreclosure proceedings ) as someone either mixed files or maliciously made alterations & copied signatures from public documents? This time there was a another additional ballon of over XXXX. We have lived in our home since XX/XX/XXXX. We only borrowed XXXX. Thats all. We are well ahead of our monthly payments by method of a Processional accountant. We demand that the debt collector stop this fraud & adjust all payments interest escrow, fees, etc immediately.
