Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/year>, I applied for a credit card ( flagship reward ) and was denied. Which I dont understand how when I have an open end consumer credit plan. I received a letter with Truth and Lending 15 USC 1602, FDCPA 15 USC 1692 and FCRA 15 USC 1681 violations. Then I was told to get a secured credit card which is a violation under Finance Charge 15 USC 1605 ( a ). I put down {$2000.00} on the credit card ( account number XXXX ). I requested for an increase and was denied ( violation ). Using Navy Federal Credit Union app, I texted how am I denied? And asked whos the original creditor in this matter?
