XX/XX/24 - trying remove a fraud alert from my credit report at Experian. accessed the documents needed to submit and printed them out, then scanned them back in. Accessed the consumer upload portion but every time I tried to submit the documents, the upload failed. Called the Experian support number, and it directed me to self-service only and refused to connect me with an agent. The two other credit bureaus removed the alert immediately over the phone. Only Experian was unable to have their own site work properly and refused to assist a customer. Removing the fraud alert was needed as soon as possible in order to submit for government benefits.
