XXXX. XXXX pulled in old data from my previous creditor XXXX XXXX - XXXX from XXXX to lower my credit score by XXXX points. XXXX. My mortgage bank ( 53rd Bank ) has inaccurately reported my XXXX mortgage payment showing a late payment when in fact I did make the payment. 53rd Bank raised my payment amount due to the rise in taxes and instead of starting adjusted payments in XXXX they started adjustment payments XXXX ( the previous amount was automatically withdrawn in XXXX. I started receiving calls in XXXX from 53rd Bank but their representatives were hanging up the calls when I answered. I called in to find out what's going in and learned that I owe an excess of XXXX dollars. I made the payment by phone which was never processed by their representative. I started to receive calls again from 53rd Bank and getting disconnected by thteir representatives. I called back in a second time and was told the payment is stil outstanding. I made the payment by phone a second time which was processed in mid XXXX. I filed a dispute with the 53rd Bank for their bad banking practices. This caused a 30 day late payment hit my credit report as well. A dispute with 53rd Bank is pending. A dispute with XXXX is still pending. Unfair banking and Credit Report practices from both institutions. I currently can not obtain a loan because of this,
