I REQUESTED THAT THIS IS ABOUT THE 8th TIME SENDING COPIES OF MY SSN CARD, PROOF OF ADDRESS TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY AND FOR THEM TO REMOVE ALL INACCURACIES FROM MY REPORT. UNDER USC 15 1681g I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. UPON EXPRESSING TO HIM THAT THE COMPANY CONTINUES TO SEND ME A REPORT WITH SOMEONE ELSE 'S SSN ON MY FILE. I AM REQUESTING THAT IT HAS TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY AND HIS RESPONSE WAS IT BELONGS TO YOU AND IT WILL REMAIN ON MY FILE. THIS WILL BE THE MY LAST ATTEMPT TO HAVE THESE ITEMS REMOVED. UNDER.
