I made a purchase XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$430.00}. After contacting the merchant, I followed protocol and immediately contacted Wisely to dispute the charge. I disputed the charge as merchandise not as described. I contacted wisely verbally to initiate the dispute. Following that, I completed and submitted, in writing, the Wisely statement of dispute form. I also attached supporting documentation and evidence explaining why the merchandise or item was not as described. I initiated the dispute right after XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX Wisely notified me and Credited my account. I was told verbally I had won the dispute. To my surprise, well over 90 days later, Wisely has reversed the credit of {$430.00}. The outcome of their investigation has taken far more than 90 days and its completely wrong that it puts people to financial hardship as this is done to me. Wisely has not followed regulations EFTA Reg E guidelines and laws
