Had a 1st Mortgage with Wells Fargo and a Line of Credit. My home went into Foreclosure. I tried to modify the Mortgage twice and never got a response. On the Third Modification it was denied, and I appealed and still nothing. I spent hundreds of dollars on Attorneys. In XXXX my mortgage got Sold to XXXX and then to XXXX XXXX. My Home flooded in XXXX and due to conditions and good attorneys my foreclosure got delayed. In XXXX I was able to sell my home and satisfied both Loans. I have contacted Wells Fargo trying to recoup some of my expenses and fees and they don't even have me on their system. I don't know what to do. They miss handled my case and took advantage of my situation in every way possible. Need guidance as to what to do. My loan number for the 1st Mtg. XXXX My Loan number for the Line of Credit XXXX My home address was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Fl XXXX On the Credit Line when Wells Fargo sell the mortgage to XXXX they started to Force place Insurance when there was Force place Insurance already by Wells Fargo and when Sold XXXX placed XXXX XXXX Insurance as well. Attached is the Pay Off letter showing all the fees which I paid at Closing. On the 1st Mortgage side I am attaching all fees which where placed at Closing. Document is from Attorney representing Bank. and they got every penny.
