We submitted for a modification and we were denied. We appealed the decision according to their guidelines. We submitted the appeal on XX/XX/XXXX Via Email. It was supposed to be in by XX/XX/XXXX according to the appeal document. We called in on XX/XX/2024 at @ XXXX XXXX Pacific and spoke to the representative " XXXX out of XXXX ''. She informed the appeal was in on the XXXX and uploaded on the XXXX. She said it is under Review to call back after the XXXX. We called back on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX Pacific we spoke to " XXXX '' she said the system is down to call back ''. We called back on XX/XX/2024 @ XXXX pacific spoke to " XXXX '' again. She said the appeal was never reviewed. I had her transfer me to super visor " XXXX '' he said " appeal not reviewed because it wasn't in writing ''. ( that's not true the attachment to the email was a letter written in plain English ). They stated they were reviewing until it was beyond the date to respond. Then they said it was never reviewed. We are now 7 days away from a XXXX sale and they have been " dual Tracking '' the entire application process. They only informed us about the refusal to review once it was very close to XXXX date.
