Consumer Narrative
I've recently had some issues with transactions I definitely did not authorize, NFCU claimed they saw no error. Today, on XX/XX/24, my debit card randomly stopped working. I reached out to support and the told me my debit is suspended for the next two years - I received absolutely no prior warning, email, or letter that this was going to happened. I have funds in my account that I can not even use or transfer. This happening without any notice has caused me extreme stress as I can not even pay my bills or access my funds.
