I opened an account on XX/XX/XXXX and deposited roughly XXXX in my account of checks to set up all my account access. But when the debit card came I tried activating it they said I need to call to verify myself. so i called and they said they needed me to come in to a branch with documents and id. but i was out of country for a while so I couldn't make it to a branch so account stayed closed So when I came back to usa I went into the branch and was told that they shut the account after 30 days and they would try to get the account back open. we verified all my documents and all my ID that they needed, and I still haven't heard back and haven't gotten my XXXX dollars back and have no clue what to do from here
