Today, I received four emails from XXXX. The last email asked me to set the security freeze on my credit report ; therefore, I went to its website and found out already on the security freeze. I believe this security freeze was on XXXX month ago. I am not sure why this branch did not know at all, and tried to send me the never-end changing credit report after and after whenever I complained. I seriously believe who ever sent me these emails must be suspicious of credit report data breech, at least, mine. I request the investigation.
