On XX/XX/XXXX I notified XXXX XXXX XXXX that despite the two letters that I received from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Regulatory Compliance Manager that my credit reports would reflect a XXXX balance and issuance of a 1099 C in XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX immediately notified Equifax after my phone call, removed the previous dispute remarks, added a remark that stated the data furnisher is furnishing accurate information and dropped my Equifax score XXXX points in a matter of minutes on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX This is punitive, the XXXX XXXX representative yelled at me and told me I owe XXXX. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE CFPB. This is unethical! Where is the oversight? Please help me, please. It has been one year since my initial complaint to the CFPB about this matter with XXXX XXXX and the letters I received on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX stated it could take up to 90 days to accurately furnish the XXXX balance information to the CRA 's, however it takes less than 5 minutes after a phone call to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX XXXX to notify EQUIFAX and delete, change, and add remarks to immediately drop my credit score. I must commend data furnishers who are savvy enough and well equipped to tweak comments without reporting accurate information to drastically drop a consumers credit score. Brilliant! XXXX XXXX is winning the battle, one day in XXXXXXXX when this information falls off I will win the XXXX. Unfortunately in the mean time I suffer loss of opportunity and unnecessary undue financial harm. This motorcycle was surrendered with less than XXXX miles from when I purchased it, yet depreciated XXXX in less than one year.
