I purchased this vehicle in XXXX in XXXX I believe. Because I already had an active loan with this company but the car they gave me before broke down within 6 months to a year. And then I purchased the XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX it was a trade in. I would say in XXXX of XXXX they told me they replaced my motor mounts because the car was vibrating pretty bad. In XXXX of XXXX I got my alignment done and the control arm and ball joint, from XXXX XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX I went in to get brakes done at XXXX XXXX XXXX, and they told me all my shocks are gone in the vehicle and they explained to me that it was wear and tear that was already on the vehicle. I recently went in to get my car serviced on XX/XX/XXXX, because its been giving off a very toxic strong smell. And I am concerned that the vehicle is giving off CO in the cabin. I was told that my motor mounts are blown and they are saying its XXXX to replace all 3. Steering and suspension control arm w/ball joints needs to be replaced and that cost XXXX and loaded struts assemblies need to be fixed as well and that came out to be XXXX. And these are all major peoples. And my active loan in XXXX. The blue book value on the vehicle is XXXX. I have stayed up on my maintenance as far as tires, oil changes etc. And I still have until XXXX to reach my maturity date, I just dont want this car to break down before I even pay it off.
