On XXXX XXXX, i received a text from Chime asking me to turn on my international transactions on. After not answering I received an email telling me my card was declined for a service I know nothing about. When opening the chime app I found 3 different transactions. One for XXXX and then one for {$25.00}. While looking i saw that they cancelled a bill that needed to be paid on the spot and they cancelled my transaction and NOT at my request! I had to call Chime 7 different times to talk to the dispute department and a supervisor in the dispute the department. On the 7th time someone finally put in a dispute after two days of waiting on the phone and having to beg to have my money returned and while also asking where my refunds I received from cancelled items were. The person who made the dispute told me he was going to make sure i was going to receive my money back today ( XXXX XXXX ). I told the dispute representative how they didnt allow my bill to be paid but allowed 2 transactions from XXXX that I can not locate what they are nor did Chime provide any clarity on the matter, for him to say Now you must wait up until 10 days for a credit of the amounts to your checking ) this is after Ive been overdrafted by them for {$20.00} and kept having to move money in between accounts so I could have money for the week while also waiting for my refund credits. They were of no help now it is Monday and i have no money for the week and had to fight and claw just to have a dispute submitted! Upon doing my own investigation into Chime as they provided me no information, i came to find how many reports there are regarding chime all the way up to them being sued. They told me they were a legitimate bank when after doing research they arent. I really need help because they allowed my money to be stolen and now even allowed me to be delinquent on a bill because they cancelled it and I never once authorized a cancellation! Please help and please please look into this situation!
