XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX received all my demand-letters since XXXX along with my lawyer 's letters to fix their fraud and inaccurate information. I never validated the debt, however the bank illegally and without my consent, knowledge and permission validated the debt that was in dispute. See attached letter. Stop covering up this monster bank and act in a good faith, unbiased and fair, not racially motivated. Your agency received in the past my complaint, however kept a blind eye over the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX violations in my case. Be so kind to review alarming negative records of federal penalties against the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, that raises a red flag. All my communications with the Bank have been witnessed and video recorded. The Bank habitual liars promised several times to reverse their negative reporting and delet that from my credit reports. See attached is my lawyer 's letter. The Bank sent me a letter and I provided with a burden of proof.
