I, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, federally protected consumer, has placed numerous complaints with Experian Information Solutions throughout the year via CFPB about the inaccurate reporting of non-public information.As a federally protected consumer, I have a right to privacy. The continuous sharing of inaccurate, non-public information to my consumer credit report without my expressed written consent to my consumer credit report has been ruining my reputation and is identity theft. According to 15 U.S.Code 1681c-2, this is my official statement that all the listed accounts have been reported without my expressed written consent and therefore is a result of identity theft and must be removed. These accounts are not related to any transaction made by me, the consumer.
