In XXXX my Paypal account was permanently limited for unknown reasons. I had an open paypal credit account with them at the time so I kept it open to pay the account off. I have now paid off the account and pay pal will not remove my information from the site. I have three credit cards and two bank accounts linked to my paypal and they refuse to delete my financial information from their servers. I need my information removed
