Hello, I applied for a Pottery Barn CapitalOne credit card in XXXX to purchase a seat online for {$2900.00}. The offer was a year to pay the balance without interest. However, in XXXX I started to make payments online. On XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to check statements and noticed an interest charge of {$71.00}. immediately I called to request a refund. On the phone with the agents, I was informed that the promotion offer was valid and I was charged additional interest in XXXX for {$71.00} and then in XXXX for {$74.00}. The agent was informed that she would help me get the full refund I requested. However, an hour later I received an email with a link to a letter denying the refund. I called again for additional information. Since it has passed 90 days since the first time the interest was charged without a " complaint '', my money would not be refunded. Furthermore, the offer was not valid and directed me to call Pottery Barn because CapitalOne couldn't/would n't help further. These businesses deceived me and stole money from me. I now have to pay in full to avoid additional interest charges.
