I purchased a new car in early XXXX, of course a credit check was run. Experian sent numerous messages alerting me to the inquiry, which is expected but they were excessive. Now that I got the loan they are sending me excessive messages saying a new account was set up. Then they send multiple messages regarding credit score changes. I understand its their job to send alerts but they spam me with the same alerts for days. I went to the website to acknowledge the alerts assuming that would stop but it doesn't.
