I need you to attend the following show items in this letter which contains data taken directly from my credit report which you have provided. XXXX XXXX dated XXXX Please delete this unconfirmed inquiry lacking certifiable evidence unless physically certified proof is demonstrated per U.S. CODE U.S.C. {$1600.00} ET SEQ. Section 604 of Fair Credit Reporting Act. Once you have furfilled my request mail me an updated credit report reflecting these changes. I do not recognize any of these inquiries, please remove. I reviewed my credit profile and noticed inaccurate and/or incomplete information, and accounts. Fair Credit Reporting Act Sec 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all information that is inaccurate and incomplete. It is also my understanding the FCRA 15 U.S.C. & 1681 every single one even each any or unproven non compliant untrue incorrect aspects of alleged derogatory accounts must be promptly deleted. The following derogatory account allegations are either untrue, incorrect, incomplete untimely not my responsibility or otherwise not proven compliant to regulartory federal reporting laws and or standards and MUST be removed immediately. The infraction are as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX along with the XXXX XXXX credit inquiry Also Ive notice two different dates of last activity along with two different last payment, two different dates of last payments, two different dates of opening account.
