My credit report on Experian was locked out due to an address error. Experian asked me to verify my information. They sent me a link through an email. I went to their website through the link and sent them the information they asked of me. My address, my ID, my social and I sent it back to them. They told me that they could not verify the information that I had given them and locked my credit report down so I can not use it. Creditors can not see my credit information. It has stopped me from being able to get a credit card recently because the credit card company that uses Experian could not see my account because it's locked. And not locked as in Frozen. It's locked as in the information can not be seen by creditors. I have reached out to experience several times about several problems that I have had with Experian. And this is not the first complaint. There has been several other complaints against Experian that I have sent. In Experian, stills keeps screwing me over making my life miserable. I feel like I'm being targeted, profiled Like Experian has such prejudice toward me or people like me. To this day my problem is still not resolved my credit account with Experian who reports my credit score. It's still locked and hasn't updated since XXXX the beginning of it. I can not purchase any credit monitoring software to see all three credit bureaus because Experian isn't reporting my credit score. I've even tried to purchase Experian credit monitoring system and I had to get a refund because of an error of Experian not reporting the right information. My address has not been updated and Experian claims that they can not verify my information. I've tried to reach out and call Experian several times, but I only get this automated computer or robot. You can't get in touch with a real person. It's like they blacklisted my number or something or my information because I can not get in touch with them.
