Hi on XXXX I received a voicemail from a XXXX stating I owe money on a debt and they will sue me so I called the number provided which is midland collection XXXX. With reference number XXXX and the person told me they where getting a judgement against me in XXXX XXXX because I never responded to there letter they sent me in XXXX which I never received and I asked what was this about they said a XXXX XXXX credit card that went into default in XXXX. I told them I never had a XXXX XXXX credit card back then and I told them also its been 9 yrs ago so even if I did they cant sue me because of statue of limitations in XXXX so he got nasty and said I was ignorant and hung up on me then my son called me and said they called his phone and left a message looking for me on his phone
