my phone, debit card wallet where stolen and transactions where mnade on my account i did not authorize on XX/XX/year>. i filed a dispute for two transactions one for {$1000.00} and the other for {$1700.00}. i was given credit for the $ XXXX transaction but i was denied the {$1700.00} and was told it got denied because a text was sent to my phone authorizing the {$1700.00} charge. when i filed the dispute on the phone with the representive i informed him that my phone was stolen along with my card. he did not record this information on my dispute therfore they did not know that i wasnt in possesion of my phone when the disputed transaction was authorized.
