I was in a car accident and the vehicle from XXXX was deemed as a total loss. After I surrendered the vehicle to XXXX XXXX I did not receive any information regarding once the vehicle was resold, what was the remaining balance. I also attempted to send in a certificated security to take care of the remaining balance. Stated in their XXXX reports, they use our contracts/applications and sell them as asset-back securities. I have attempted to discharge the debt after my hardship and have not received my security back nor have I been contacted with up to date information on the vehicle. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX now owns all debt belonging to XXXX XXXX. Per XXXX XXXX, any information and property belonging to XXXX XXXX, is liened is at {>= $1,000,000}, XXXX XXXX dollars.
