Consumer Narrative
When I was approved to the loan 2 years ago I didn't have good credit and wasn't making a lot of money but the bank still approved me for the loan with a high interest rate knowing that at some point I wouldn't be able to keep up with the payments. Now that I'm out of work I can't afford my monthly payments and my credit score has decrease. I believe the bank did this on purpose so that they can capitalize of the negitive equity as Preditory Lending.
