This has been going on for months and I've disputed this multiple times. I also filed a previous complaint with the CFPB as well. Now XXXX and XXXX added a XXXX loan to my account which does not exist which is beyond the pale. Currently I have XXXX student loans serviced by EdFinancial totaling $ XXXX. Now they added a XXXX loan instead of just simply fixing the balances of the other loans, making my total owed double than what it used to be. Hard to imagine.
