I entered into a dispute with a merchant through PayPal. PayPal then informed me in order to receive the money I was seeking that I needed to return XXXX shirts of XXXX items total I ordered. I didn't receive XXXX items and wanted my money back for those XXXX items. I was told in order to get my money that I had to submit tracking information to PayPal of these XXXX items being shipped back. Which I did on XXXX XX/XX/2024. It's XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and PayPal has yet to give me the money they told me I'd receive when I submitted the tracking information. I also submitted a receipt of the shipping purchase. I had to borrow the money for the shipping purchase on the pretense that I would be able to immediately pay back the money. Now myself is under heavy financial burden due to not having the {$260.00} I am owed. They promised me as soon as I submitted the tracking information they would give me the money. Now he I am still waiting on money I need desperately and have gone back and forth for XXXX XXXX now of PayPal avoiding and dodging the issue at hand. That their XXXX told me I'd get the money and have really screwed me on this.
