On XX/XX/2023, I was in a public place when my belongings were swiped, phone & purse. I was told to tell him my pin aggressively. I left after in fear of my life. I was given my belongings back the next day by a relative who said they found it in a nearby park. In that time, this stranger accessed my cashapp, & sent {$300.00} to themselves. I requested a refund from the merchant, they of course refused. I filled a dispute with cashapp & have been denied. I requested documentation of a reason why my claim/dispute was denied. CASHAPP only reiterated that I was denied but without specific reason. They said they could not provide additional support on this dispute.
