I only went through with a FHA loan ( could have waited to XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX would have been removed from my credit report, and I could have applied for a conventional mortgage loan. ) because I was told they services all their mortgage loan in house. I wanted to get my Mortgage loan away from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. mortgage loan # XXXX They have had my mortgage since XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX, Transferred from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX original loan # XXXX and fraudulent create mortgage loan # XXXX ( new discovered information in XXXX say my mortgage loan # XXXX was transferred back to XXXX XXXX ). XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, transferred my mortgage loan # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, to XXXX XXXX XXXX, loan # XXXX ( 3 months I paid XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. ) Refinance on XX/XX/XXXX, with XXXX XXXX XXXX new mortgage loan # XXXX, was told first payment due on XX/XX/XXXX, payments can be made at XXXX XXXX XXXX. But at my surprise on XX/XX/XXXX, I was told i could not make my payment with them, that my loan had already been transferred and new mortgage # XXXX. I had to get someone from the bank to help me make my payment with XXXX XXXX XXXX with servicer XXXX XXXX XXXX Because I have not received a welcome package with my mortgage information and principal balance from the new servicer AmeriHome Mortgage Company , I need Paper copy of my transfer. That I have requested to receive by mail. There is a discrepancy with the transfer mortgage loan number between XXXX XXXX XXXX and who my mortgage loan was transferred to AmeriHome Mortgage Company LLC. servicer XXXX. My loan should not be in a debt collection, but they continue to be in my credit reports, to keep me from my equity in my home and refinance again.
