In XXXX XXXX XXXX I contacted XXXX about pricing their services. The representative offered me a XXXX week trial for a {$100.00} deposit and stated if I don't like the services I can cancel at any time and I will receive a refund before the XXXX weeks were up. I called them XXXX XXXX after having the service to cancel it. The representative I spoke with, told me, that I don't have an account with them but I can't receive a refund for my deposit until they speak with the representative who gave me the trial. I called them for months to get my money back, and they refused to give me my money. They told me they were going to listen to the recording per my request and still refused to give me a refund. I contacted my bank XXXX to dispute the charges which they did their investigation in which I received my money back. After the dispute claim, XXXX, started calling me to offer me their services which I declined after months of agony trying rectify the issue about the trial. Now, today, I received a debt collection letter, stating I owe them {$400.00} when I never had an account with them. I don't understand how a XXXX XXXX trail turns into {$400.00} when I canceled the trail after XXXX XXXX of trying it out. I have phone records, that shows how many times I contacted this about my refund. XXXX never contacted me until after XXXX dispute the charges and refunded me my money. I have never received XXXX bill that was not addressed to me because I didn't have an account ; but now i am receiving a letter from Sequium Asset Solution which is a debt collection company.
