In XXXX I contacted this company and the representative in my state of Massachusetts, they told me that this account was closed and that they did not have this account in their records, I have called them and they say that the account does not appear. I am looking in my report that since XX/XX/XXXX they have not updated the information in my credit report and this account appears as an open account and this account was closed. It says that it has 2 late payments, but they have not updated the status since XX/XX/XXXX, which is false and affects my credit reputation. Since if what they say is true, there must have been more than 30 late payments. This account has false and inaccurate information because it also has an amount that does not correspond to it and the other Bureaus have only two late payments!! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Highest balance {$1700.00} This account does not even have the balance with which it was opened, it has a lot of incorrect information.
