Capital one closed and charged off my account without proper notice and charged off more than my original balance they refuse to acknowledge the XXXX dollars that I paid them when I believed my account was still open however they closed it without proper notice, then charged off XXXX! I have notified them several times to correct this or stop emailing me to pay an amount that I do not owe. They continue to ignore my emails back to them to correct this and continue to harass me for XXXX yet when I check XXXX they charged off XXXX thats illegal and violating my rights.
