On XX/XX/2023, I made a purchase of XXXX from a clothing brand, the website said to give around a business month to allow shipping, which I did, I asked for updates on XXXX but I gave them the month before I attempted to take action, on XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted them asking for an update, they said there had been a manufacturing error, to which I accepted, on XX/XX/XXXX, i left a comment on their page to which they replied saying to allow another month, by this point, I had seen multiple other comments of people who had ordered before me and had also still not received their clothes, so I was a bit skeptical and considering disputing the charge as I thought I was not going to receive my clothes. On XX/XX/XXXX, I DMed the brand again, to which there was no response, I DMed them again on the XXXX, to no response, and again on the XXXX, which is finally the date I had decided to dispute the charge. I had again dmed them the next day, to which i finally received a response, telling me theyd ship my clothes within a week, I was planning on cancelling the dispute if they had shipped the clothes, but they never did. Chime ended up giving me temporary credit at some point. I provided chime with every screenshot Im providing here, and chime still denied the dispute citing that no error was made. I again contacted them once chime had denied my dispute, and was told that since I filed a chargeback they had canceled my order, I was also told by them through email that if I could reauthorize my payment They would send my clothes out to me, I was unable to do anything since I had lost the dispute and chime had taken back the temporary credit, and so I attempted to contact them through email for the past 3 days now, to no avail, complete silence from the brand.
