I have a {$500.00} Amex gift card. I have attempted to use it at XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Each time, it gets declined by Amex. The stores can not help and Amex just told me to use it somewhere else, however this is frustrating that it does not work at several large stores and it is a large gift card that is seemingly useless.
