I leased a car through us auto sales and was overcharged for the vehicle the vehicle was a XXXX XXXX XXXX worth XXXX dollars they charged me XXXX for the car on XX/XX/XXXX. My payments was XXXX a month which was too high for me and I wasnt happy because the car value wasnt worth paying that much for a used car. I let USA auto sales know that I couldnt afford it so they told me once Ive had the car for a year I could turn it in for something thats cheaper. They ended up getting shut down when my year came last year so I couldnt do the trade. The car broke down out of nowhere it wouldnt crank anymore it was going to cost over XXXX dollars to get fixed I couldnt afford that plus keep up with high payments. I asked for them to come get the car it was too much stress and I was token advantage of from the start with the sell. The company has now shut down everywhere and its still sitting on my credit thats affecting me from getting any car and I have giving the car back. They have so many illegal charges against them for the wrongful things they have did to customers. USASF Wrongfully Repossessed my Vehicle turned it off so I couldnt use it when I was late making payments. USASF Misapplied my Payments which had my payments so high because they was getting so much profit off of used cars.
