Experian has been reporting and refreshing a negative account on my credit profile, it says I have late payments from this year and last year but that is incorrect everything has been paid on time, and paid off before i tried to close the account for fraud in XX/XX/XXXX but it was kept open, and I was told that the negative marks would be removed from XXXX, this is fraud that information is not accurate and you cant prove it is It says closed my account in XX/XX/XXXX which is a lie! I closed it way before that!! I told Experian consistently to remove the negative XXXX XXXX because it was being used in fraud, and the company refused to close the account I never paid them late The XXXX XXXX should have been completely gone from my credit report!! It was fraud!!! And also my credit report says I have a recent late payment, I should have XXXX late payments!!! Your marking my with no proof I took screenshots as well just in case I have to bring this the court
