I am a victim of identity theft and I sent certified letters to Equifax, XXXX XXXX and XXXX asking to remove or block fraudulent and incorrect information from my credit report in accordance to ( FCRA ) 605 section B. Each Agency replied that they would not block said accounts because they were investigated and verified. The only way to verify said accounts is to do a through investigation requesting the original contract with my signature and corresponding signature from the creditor. There were no means of how the investigation was done nor any proof sent to me of the investigation as to how the information was verified. My rights are continued to be violated. I have sent a FTC and police report yet they are still not complying with the laws here under FTC 605 b.
