I purchased a XXXX equipment in XXXX which included a 90 day promotional period trial. This was offered by XXXX with no obligation to purchase if the XXXX was returned within the 90 days. The finance was through Affirm. The XXXX was uninstalled by XXXX XXXX within the 90 days. Because I no longer felt the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX was effective.The contract I signed with Affirm states when the XXXX was removed before the 90 days no charges would be applied. XXXX XXXX was supposed to inform Affirm to void my contract agreement. The Driver / Technician that uninstalled the XXXX was from a company called XXXX XXXX. I also have a picture of the Drivers ' vehicle whom de installed the XXXX, because the XXXX did not say XXXX XXXX. However I do have a text from the driver stating he was from XXXX. I am not sure why XXXX XXXX never informed Affirm the XXXX was returned. I have a confirmation email from XXXX XXXX that the XXXX was uninstalled by their Technician and returned. After years I discovered Affirm put a charge on my credit report despite me not having the XXXX. I was never supposed to be charged. This is a violation of the contract agreement. Therefore, I am requesting the fraudulent charge to be removed from my credit report. The original agreement was {$4900.00} if not returned within 90 days However the charge now states {$5300.00}, regardless I never had the XXXX beyond 90 days.
