I had a credit card payment due in XXXX, I went online and made a payment and several days later I checked the credit card account and it said the payment had been canceled. So I tried making another payment, and the same thing happened, my account said the payment was canceled, I called the credit card company and spoke to a representative and she said it was probably a problem with my bank so I called my bank and they said they had no evidence of any payments made to that credit card company. Trying to clear my account. Now they are charging me a late fee and its showing up on my credit report as being late, I spoke to a representative at the credit card company yesterday and she said she would give my complaint to their accounts department and I would get an email and I received an email stating that my request to have the late payment fee removed was denied
