In ordinance to the fair recording act, the creditors have violating my rights under 15 US C 16, 18 section 602 state I have the right to privacy. Also, 15 US C 16, 81 section 604A section 2, states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instruction, under 15 US C 1666 B accreditor may not treat a payment under a credit card account under an open consumer credit plan late for any purpose.
