I settled the account in full with XXXX to satisfy the delinquency. They have not removed and/or updated the account as promised. I have included the letter from XXXX showing they received the payment on XX/XX/2023 and Also I have the satisfaction of judgement letter that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX filed with my local magistrate back in XXXX.
