Once again they have refused to investigate an error claiming they have already investigated it.. They provided me with a copy of my credit report including all prior investigations. The report they generated clearly shows there have been no prior investigations into any discrepancies.t. Any attempt at filing a dispute will result in an error stating no relevant information provided. I have screenshots of everything. They need to have charges brought against them for again refusing to investigate this entry on my credit report. The first screenshot shows all disputes filed. There are none listed. The second clearly shows what happens when any attempt at filing a dispute occurs. A third is posted to show that the item in question has not been reported to Experian by the creditor in almost 2 years. I have provided them with proof that the account was paid off.They refuse to allow you to file and do nothing but give you errors. Phone calls to them get refused. Both my XXXX and XXXX reports are over XXXX points higher than Experian because of the errors they refuse to investigate. This has now been filed with you XXXX prior times. You have done nothing to hold them accountable for willfully violating federal laws.
