spoke with company back in XXXX sent in ftc reports and police reports company removed from XXXX but left on XXXX its been 4 months and still they havent removed file from XXXX yet. And I called on XX/XX/2024 i spoke with a representative and she said the account was removed from all credit bureaus. But XXXX hasn't removed as of yet.
