I got the car in XX/XX/XXXX I was working and was my first car purchase, I lost my job but I kept my payments until I couldn't anymore, I got XXXX and I lost a Family member due to ( COVID ) I started having financial difficulties so I sent to PENFED Credit Union who financed my car the hardship letter for the first time, also I had to ask for Financial help from some organizations to make some payments, fortunately I found a job on XX/XX/XXXX but again I lost that job. I maintained communication with PENFED members to let them know about my situation, I never hide, not refuse to pay, I am not a " delinquent " person. On XXXX XXXX XXXX I had a job accident that kept me unable to work, unfortunately the school refused to pay me so I found myself in need to seek legal help, my case was under worker compensation and I was unable to work for several months, I was in therapy and under medical treatment, I called to PENFED to explain what happened and As soon I had the medical report and the documents from my lawyer I sent to the bank so they knew well about my Financial situation because I kept the communication with them, I didn't know that my case will take so long, thank God settlement was resolved on XXXX the XXXX XXXX but I was unable to make any transactions after I deposited the check until XXXX the XXXX, and the car was repossessed on XXXX night the XXXX XXXX
