I signed instalment loan documents and never received the proceeds. I am being charged daily interest on a loan I never received loan proceeds for ... this was supposed to be direct deposited. I contacted local office about 5 times and they had to wait for their corportate office which gave a vague, strange and incorect response asking me to take a trace number to my bank to see of my bank could find their deposite. By the way my bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at local office said that the response from Heights finance corporation was false and that the " trace number '' that was given as a solution could not be accepted at all. Thats how it is left. I signed loan, they got all my information, ran credit and the local office had no direct ability to talk to their corporate office. They have to wait for days for a response from corporate. By the time is over it may be several weeks if ever I receive loan proceeds. In the mean time I have to pay interest accrued on this loan, my credit score was lowered. The local office just tells me there is no solution, they have no ability to contact their corporate directly ( only by email and it takes a long time for a response ) > Company name Heights Finance ( local office in ) XXXX XXXX
