I have called XXXX XXXX on multiple occasions. They have denied my credit limit increase and cant even explain the reason why. On the letter it says A credit limit increase is currently not available upon request because Capital One is evaluating account activity at assigned credit limits. Which I dont understand what that means and called and spoke with a rep and supervisor and they could not explain either! I make XXXX a year with a credit score of XXXX. It should be no reason my credit limit cant be more than {$600.00}. I also bring my card to a balance of XXXX every 2 weeks. So I pay on this card twice a month in full. No late payment charges. I have been with this company for almost 10yrs now. When doing the credit increase it said it takes days for the report to come back and mine came back within hours like its an automatic rejection. This company is treating me unfair as a consumer with no legit reason of why and cant explain why.
